Terms of Service
| I Reserve the Rights to: |

| - Refuse Any Commission Request |
| - Post commissioned work on my social media unless requested otherwise by the commissioner |
| The Commissioner the Rights to: |

| - Use the commissioned work for anything personal. |
| - Upload commission on social media as long as credit is given. If uploaded, please use watermarked, AI protected image. |
| - Ask me not to upload the piece on my social media |
| - Ask me to credit you simply as anonymous when I post commission on social media. |
| - To ask any questions, express concerns, or ask for work in progress anytime. |
| - A full refund if commission is not finished within a reasonable amount of time (3 months). |
| For illustrative template commissions only: |
| - Have a calligraphists and/or printing company alter the watermarked illustration. |
| - If the illustrative template commission is uploaded on social media, please only use watermarked image. |
| The Commissioner Must Not: |

| - Use the commissioned work for commercial use, commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY |
| - Alter the commissioned piece in any way |
| - Post the unwatermarked, non-AI protected version of the commission on social media |
| - Resell the piece, used for AI, use it as an NFT, or in any other cryptocurrency-related ordeals |

| - Post or send the unwatermarked version of the commission in emails, in the mail, or on social media. |
| - Have a calligraphist and/or printing company alter the commission without receiving expressed consent from me first. |
